SiteMaxy SMS Bridge

Send outbound SMS from HighLevel using approved Sri Lankan sender IDs. Works with contacts, workflows, and automations.

Outbound SMS for HighLevel, built for Sri Lanka

SiteMaxy SMS Bridge connects your HighLevel sub-account to a local SMS gateway so you can send outbound messages using your pre-approved sender ID — from contacts, conversations, and workflow steps.

💬
Send from HighLevel
Trigger SMS from the contact view, conversations tab, or any workflow action — exactly like a standard SMS channel.
🔑
Approved Sender IDs
All messages are sent using your approved alphanumeric sender ID, not from a phone number. Your brand name appears on every message.
🇪🇸
Sri Lankan Numbers
Built for +94 numbers. Accepts local formats (07X, 7X) and normalizes them automatically before sending.
Per Sub-Account Settings
Each HighLevel sub-account stores its own API key and sender ID. No shared credentials across locations.

Three steps from trigger to handset

1

HighLevel sends the message

You send an SMS from a contact record, conversation, or workflow step. HighLevel routes the outbound message to SiteMaxy SMS Bridge via the Conversation Provider webhook.

2

Bridge dispatches to gateway

The bridge loads your saved credentials for that sub-account, normalizes the phone number to international format, and sends the message to your SMS gateway using your API key and sender ID.

3

Delivered to recipient

The gateway delivers the SMS to the recipient's Sri Lankan mobile number. Delivery status is returned and logged — visible on your Logs page.

What you need

Have these three things ready before configuring the app.

01

HighLevel Location ID

Your sub-account identifier from HighLevel. Found under Settings → Business Info in your sub-account.

02

SMS Gateway API Key

Issued by your Sri Lankan SMS gateway provider. This is stored securely and never shown after saving. Keep it confidential.

03

Approved Sender ID

An alphanumeric name (max 11 characters) pre-approved by your gateway and telco — e.g. MYBRAND or ALERTS. You must obtain this from your provider.

🚫

Messages are not sent from phone numbers

SiteMaxy SMS Bridge does not send from dedicated mobile numbers. It does not replace phone number plans, LC Phone, or Twilio-style number-based messaging.

All messages are dispatched using your approved alphanumeric sender ID. This is a deliberate design based on how Sri Lankan SMS networks operate — where sender IDs are the standard approach for business messaging.

Not supported: Sending from a phone number, inbound SMS replies, two-way conversations
Supported: Outbound-only SMS using approved sender IDs from HighLevel contacts, workflows, and automations
