1. Acceptance

By installing or using SiteMaxy SMS Bridge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the app and do not use the service.

2. What the Service Does

SiteMaxy SMS Bridge routes outbound SMS messages from HighLevel sub-accounts to a Sri Lankan SMS gateway. The service:

  • Supports outbound one-way SMS only
  • Sends messages using approved alphanumeric sender IDs — not from dedicated phone numbers
  • Does not support inbound SMS, two-way conversations, or replies in the current release
  • Does not provide or rent dedicated phone numbers

3. Your Responsibilities

Consent and Lawful Messaging

You are solely responsible for ensuring:

  • All recipients have given valid prior consent to receive SMS from you
  • All messages comply with applicable Sri Lankan laws, TRCSL regulations, and telecom guidelines
  • You maintain consent records as required by applicable law
  • Messages are not used for spam, phishing, illegal content, or unsolicited commercial communications

Credentials

You are responsible for keeping your SMS API key confidential. Notify us immediately at support@sitemaxy.com if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

Sender IDs

You represent that any sender ID you configure is properly approved by your SMS gateway provider and complies with applicable regulations. We are not liable for sender IDs that are rejected or blocked by carriers.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use SiteMaxy SMS Bridge to send spam, phishing messages, fraudulent communications, illegal content, or any messages that violate applicable law.

5. Delivery

We do not guarantee message delivery. Delivery depends on your SMS gateway, Sri Lankan mobile networks, and carrier policies. We are not liable for delivery failures, delays, or carrier blocking.

6. Limitation of Liability

SiteMaxy SMS Bridge is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the calendar month in which the issue occurred.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
